Ralf Hagen (Past Speaker)

Ralf started his career as a classical process engineer before transition to automation resources during wave 3 of the industrial revolution. Learning by doing in different roles an an additional IT education, Ralf  is now helping applying Industry 4.0 within Nestle.

Ralf has a team of 150 people across Germany, Scandinavia and the Netherlands and he is most proud of the influence Engineering has cross the business and sees remaining competitive as challenge within the manufacturing industry.
