Günther Grabher (Past Speaker)

Günther is visionary and passionate executive leader with extensive CFO experience across the full value chain of multinationals. He currently owns CFO responsibility for Swarovski's main central locations representing 15,000+ employees in six different countries from the HQ's in Austria and Liechenstein down to sourcing companies in Serbia, India, Thailand and Vietnam and is directly responsible for finance and administration teams of 500 employees. In this capacity Günther is currently focusing on leading Swarovski from traditional artisan style jewelry manufacturing to modern industrialised methods, embracing Industry 4.0 standards.
